How do I create my website and resume?
Simply login to your site and you'll be directed to your dashboard. From your there you can enter all your information and see it populated on your website and resume.
Can I try it for Free?
You can get started with a free account at any time! However, if you wish to access all of the template and palette options for your website and resume you'll need to upgrade your account.
Where do I go to upgrade my account?
You can upgrade your account at any time. Simply login and then you can upgrade your account by visiting your account billing page.
Can I downgrade my subscription if I not longer need it?
Of course, you can feel free to downgrade your account at anytime. Your account will revert to a free account and still be completely available online but limited to the free plan features. You are also free to come back and upgrade again whenever you're ready.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds but you can cancel at any time and you will retain access to your Pro or Premium plan until the end of your billing cycle and even after that you will still have access to the free plan!
How long will I have access?
You will always have access to your free account. If you've purchased a Pro or Premium account then you will retain access to that until your subscription ends. You can see when your subscription renews/ends at any time by logging in and then visiting your account billing page.
